KorGuard

My Thoughts:

• One of the most rewarding experiences I’ve ever had. I joined KorGuard to help build a tool designed to prevent professionals, particularly those in healthcare and finance, from exposing sensitive information into LLMs.
• I’ll always remember juggling finals, leading a class project, and working on KorGuard, all while being flown out to pitch at America’s Startup, a national collegiate competition hosted by America250, during finals week. It was a hectic few weeks, but I’m incredibly grateful for the experience, the people I met, and everything we accomplished along the way.

My Contribution:

• Conducted interviews with physicians and financial professionals to validate market demand, identify industry-specific challenges, and gather feedback to guide product development
• Led UI/UX design and helped direct product development, translating user feedback into product features and improvements.
• Helped coordinate the hospital pilot, incorporating feedback from healthcare professionals to refine the product for real-world use.
